Why this page exists

OpsClinica may engage third-party providers to operate the service. The final published list must identify each provider's legal name, purpose, processing location, and the date it became active.

Current providers and integration categories

• Render: application hosting and infrastructure, with the production database in Singapore (Southeast Asia).
• Vercel: public marketing-site hosting and web analytics.
• Google Analytics: public marketing-site measurement.
• Email delivery through a customer-selected SMTP provider or Resend.
• Subscription payments through PayPal where enabled.
• Google account sign-in where a clinic enables it.
• Customer-managed WordPress integrations where the companion plugin is installed.
• Customer support, security monitoring, and operational tooling selected for production.

Provider updates

Before adding a provider that processes personal data, OpsClinica will review its data-processing, confidentiality, security, and cross-border-transfer obligations. This page will be updated when the actual email provider, support tools, monitoring tools, payment configuration, or other production providers change.
