Patients
If your request concerns an appointment, clinic intake, consent, message, or patient-portal record, contact the clinic directly first. The clinic is normally best placed to verify your identity and act on requests concerning its patient records.
Clinic customers and website visitors
Requests about an OpsClinica account, billing, website information, or platform relationship should be sent to support@opsclinica.com. Include enough information to identify the account or request, but do not send clinical or highly sensitive details by ordinary email.
Request handling
OpsClinica will need to verify identity, confirm its role in relation to the requested data, and coordinate with the relevant clinic where appropriate. OpsClinica will verify identity, keep a record of the request, and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. For privacy concerns, OpsClinica is based in Mintal, Davao City, Philippines.
